Addie: Well, I am an active mother of two. An infant boy Finn, which I cloth diaper and a four year old girl Rylee. My first and most important job is to take care of them. For my second job, I work as a personal Trainer/ Group Fitness Instructor/Coach. In order to be with my children as much as I want to, I need to get creative when it comes to money. With that said, I will not compromise on the nutritional content of our of the food I serve my family. I cook dinner 7 days a week and 6 out of 7 days I even enjoy it. Five out of seven of those nights are meat free (I do not eat meat but my husband and daughter are carnavores) I am also deticated to reducing my family's carbon footprint. I have found that being ecofriendly and being frugal go hand in hand. I am an advid couponer but I am not fanatical. I do not carry a binder around with a million coupons. I do not spend hours planning shopping trips. I generally only shop at Publix, Target, and CVS and most weeks I only go to each once. I try to buy local especially when it comes to produce and will pay extra for products to support another mom.
